Burg Plesse (Plesse Castle) 30x30cm

My 6th in a series of German landscapes and my 2nd from the Göttingen area where I live.

I cycle here fairly often so wanted to celebrate this iconic landmark, not the ruin as it is now, but as it was in its prime.

I used a mix of old sketches and my own imagination to bring it back to life. The result has a recoloured black and white photo vibe to it.
